Jah Signal, a popular Zimdancehall artist, has publicly apologized to the renowned gospel duo, The Charambas for using their music without permission. The apology follows a copyright strike on Jah Signal's 2018 hit, "Seeetie / Shinga Muroora," which sparked a heated debate on social media.

The Charambas accused Jah Signal of copying their song without credit, marking the third instance of such infringement. This prompted them to file a copyright claim, leading to the removal of the song from YouTube. The video was posted on videographer Naxo‘s Youtube channel and had gained 6 Million Views.

Jah Signal acknowledged his mistake, expressing his respect and love for The Charambas in a heartfelt apology. The situation has ignited discussions about intellectual property rights in the Zimbabwean music industry, serving as a reminder for artists to respect copyright laws.
