Musician Chillmaster has been hit by a copyright claim strike on Youtube over a Royalties sharing disagreement with Ti Gonzi

We were appalled by Ti Gonzi and his team's lack of professionalism over the music video for "Ndiudze Zvese" a copyright claim on YouTube. We paid Ti Gonzi multiple times as per his repeated demands, and we never consented to resolve his claims through royalty splits! We also agreed that his entity would cover the costs associated with production if the video was to be published on his page.We obtained the right to publish it after we covered the costs involved. Given that the work was being done in good faith and that both parties considered the verbal agreements to be firm, it is bizarre that he is now demanding financial rewards. We cannot deny that refusing to join HHYG Records might have had a cause and effect relationship.“ Chillmaster management
